Founded in 1992 and later acquired by John Socha in 1998, the company has grown significantly over the years, establishing itself as a trusted partner for homeowners, freeholders, and managing agents.

Our History

OBMS was created in 2004 to manage all the developments outside of John Socha's existing portfolio. The company steadily expanded its reach by acquiring the block management business of 'Underwoods Town and Country' in 2007. This acquisition further solidified OBMS's position as a leader in the industry.
