Meet the Team

Exeter Property is a family-run independent lettings agency that has been established since 1987. The company was founded by Ken and Ruth Blackburn, who relocated to Devon from Wiltshire. The couple turned Exeter Property into a full-time career after initially running it as a part-time venture alongside raising a family. Hannah, their daughter, joined the business in 2011, and has since been driving the company forward. Ken and Ruth are still actively involved, and can often be seen supporting the business.

Our History

Exeter Property has a rich history, with roots dating back to the 1980s. The business was initially started by Ken and Ruth Blackburn, who relocated to Devon from Wiltshire.
