*Nicholas Webber, Director*
Nicholas's estate agency career began in 1993 in Devon, where he made rapid progress to become a branch manager. With experience working in four different market places, from coastal to the city, Nicholas joined Westcoast Properties in 2007 as a branch manager. In 2015, he oversaw the opening of the fifth branch in North Bristol and became a Director of that branch. In 2020, Nicholas, along with Lindsay Pickles, successfully completed a management buyout to take overall responsibility of the running of the company.

Lindsay joined Westcoast Properties in June 2010 and was initially based in the Accounts Office in our administration hub in Weston-Super-Mare. Lindsay is fully qualified, with an accounts and customer service background. She demonstrates efficiency and good attention to detail which are imperative skills in our industry. In 2020, the opportunity arose for a management buyout of the company which was successful alongside fellow director Nicholas Webber. Lindsay's passion for learning and ensuring the business is run smoothly and efficiently is second to none and invaluable traits to have for the success of the company.
