Walton and Hipkiss is a family-run estate agency that was established in 1929 by Albert Hipkiss. Despite being founded on April Fool's Day, the company has grown into a highly successful business with offices in Stourbridge, Hagley, and Kidderminster. Over the years, the business has expanded to offer a range of services, including residential sales, lettings, commercial, land and new homes, and block management.
Our History
The company's first office was opened on 1st April 1929 at 13 Hagley Road, Stourbridge, a building that still stands today. The office was founded by Albert Hipkiss, who later passed the business to his son John Hipkiss in 1981. The company continued to grow under the leadership of John's sons, Andrew and Christopher Hipkiss, who opened a new office in Kidderminster in 2016.
