Our lettings services include a tenant find service or full management service, where we take care of everything from advertising the property to collecting the first month's rent and deposit. We also provide a comprehensive range of services for landlords, including landlord registration, letting and property management, certificates and related documents, legal documents and proceedings, maintenance, guaranteed rent, and one-stop insurance.
Our sales services include vendor information, vendor registration, buyer registration, mortgage advice, conveyancing, and insurance. We also provide a comprehensive range of services for tenants, including tenant registration, tenant FAQs, and tenant services.
Block Management
Our block management services are designed to provide peace of mind for landlords and leaseholders. We have a 100% retention rate since starting our block management service in 2012, and 90% of our block management comes from recommendations from existing customers. We recently took over the management of a block of apartments in Gateshead and reduced the monthly service charge to 35 from 80 per leaseholder per month with their current management company.
