Professionalism Issues
Several reviewers have voiced concerns about the professionalism of Peter Michael Estate Agency. Gemma Biggs reports that despite booking a viewing, no agent turned up, and later claims that the property had already been sold, despite not having contacted her. Chris Hockaday had a similar experience, where the agency cancelled a viewing on short notice, claiming the property had been sold. Usko K. was left feeling frustrated after being diverted to a company called OneDome, who failed to arrange a viewing and proceeded to spam him with sales messages.
Lack of Communication

When he followed up, he was told that he had missed the viewing, despite not receiving a voicemail message.
