Poor Experience with Estate Agent
Cannot and would not recommend these estate agent due to their poor handling of requests and lack of communication. The reviewer, Bethan Lang, had requested viewings for a property three times via the right move sites, but the estate agent, Comove, ignored her requests completely. Despite not replying to any of the requests, the reviewer received a text asking if she wanted to book a viewing after receiving the home report for the third time.
Scheduling Issues
When the reviewer expressed interest in the property and agreed to a Wednesday viewing, it was then changed to Thursday without notice. The reviewer was told that Thursday was the only available day to view the property, despite it not being suitable for her schedule. This lack of flexibility and consideration for the buyer's schedule is a major concern for the reviewer.
