Excellent Service Experience
Many reviewers have praised Let Two for their excellent service. Sarah Pennington-North and Jake Woodhams both gave 5-star ratings, with Sarah expressing gratitude for finding a lovely home and Jake thanking the company for their help in finding accommodation and handling his tenancy. Disappointing Experiences
However, not all reviewers have had a positive experience with Let Two. Paloma Liu gave a 1-star rating, complaining about the poor condition of the property when she moved in, including a broken fridge and dirty state. She was also unhappy with the company's handling of her deposit, which was deducted for cleaning. Luke H. gave a 1-star rating, accusing the company of having two faces, being intimidating to tenants while charming to landlords. Je An also gave a 1-star rating, calling the company a "bunch of thieves" who deliberately hide defects in properties and hide them until the tenant needs their deposit.
