We have a range of featured properties available to rent, including a 4-bedroom house on Newgate Street, Cottingham, a 2-bedroom apartment on Boulevard, Hull, a 1-bedroom apartment on Kingston Wharf, Hull, and a 2-bedroom house on Wright Street, Hull. All of our featured properties are well-maintained and come with a range of benefits for tenants, including a dedicated property manager, regular property inspections, and a prompt repair service.

Fees

Before the tenancy starts, tenants are required to pay a holding deposit, which is equivalent to one week's rent. This deposit secures the property for them whilst we undertake referencing and is non-refundable. The deposit is usually equivalent to five weeks rent and is held as security against any damage caused to the property during the tenancy. We charge a fee for changes to the tenancy requested by the tenant, early termination of the tenancy, late rent payment, lost keys, and out of hours call out charge.
