Poor Quality of Property
Elite Let's has been accused of renting out substandard properties to students. One reviewer, Kirsty Leach, had a particularly nightmarish experience with a property that was "not fit to live in". The review states that the property was infested with mould, and the kitchen and fridge were in a poor state. The reviewer also accused the agency of being uncooperative and refusing to look at photos of the property, leading to the police being called.

He also claimed that the agency sent workers to the property with only one day's notice, and ignored his emails.
