Graham Watkins & Co is a firm of chartered surveyors, estate agents, land agents, auctioneers, and valuers with a long history of providing a wide range of property and rural services. We are a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) regulated firm, and our partners, Graham Watkins and Robert Watkins, are both RICS-registered valuers and members of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Established in 2008, Graham Watkins & Co has built a large portfolio of agricultural, commercial, and residential clients. We pride ourselves on providing a personal service and practical advice, which has been shaped by the extensive experience of our partners. Graham has been practicing in North Staffordshire and the surrounding counties since 1980, while Robert qualified in 2013.

Auctioneers
Graham and Robert Watkins, our main auctioneers, are well-established and respected auctioneers in the area. With over 50 years of combined experience in selling livestock, farm machinery, business assets, and chattles, they are well-known for their tireless efforts on every lot, whether it's 10 or 10,000.
We have a strong reputation for conducting on-site collective and dispersal sales throughout Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the surrounding counties. We regularly conduct dispersal sales for farmers and small businesses in addition to our well-established collective machinery sales at various locations.
