We are Retail Property Investments (RPI), a privately-run property investment business that has successfully purchased hundreds of commercial and residential properties since our inception in 1961. Our mission is to further expand our portfolio by recognizing and investing in buildings in areas with solid durable prospects. As cash buyers, backed by an experienced team including Chartered Surveyors and Accountants, we have the finance and expertise to move through the buying process quickly and efficiently, avoiding unnecessary delays along the way. Our Services

We specialize in purchasing and managing properties with a diverse range of property investments. Our portfolio covers a variety of commercial uses and industries, as well as a growing portfolio of residential buildings. Historically, our investments have had a bias towards retail properties, but we have expanded our requirements across the commercial, residential, and development sectors. Our held investments include retail (Class A1) and office buildings (Class B1), with a wide variety of other commercial properties also retained.

Projects

We have successfully completed numerous projects, including the purchase of a former council office building in Chorlton with plans for a change of use and extension, the redevelopment of a vacant iconic Manchester pub into a McDonald's, and the acquisition of a former Ford car showroom in Hazel Grove, which was converted into a trade counter and let to Toolstation. These projects demonstrate our ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities in various sectors.

Requirements

We welcome freehold proposals nationwide and consider all property sectors. We are interested in income-producing properties or vacant sites, from single lots to business parks or portfolios, with values ranging from 50,000 to 2 million. We retain agents throughout the lifecycle of the property and offer profit shares for certain investments.
