Our Team
As the directors of J.E. Property Management, Jeanette Hambrey and James Ellis are dedicated to running the business with a personal touch. Jeanette has extensive knowledge of the rental industry and many years of experience working in estate management, while James has brought his enthusiasm and drive to the company since joining in 2008. Together, they ensure that every landlord and tenant receives the highest level of service and attention.
Our Partners
We work closely with local companies to provide the best possible service to our landlords and tenants. Our maintenance team, Blueco Electrical Ltd, provides electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) and proactive and reactive maintenance. RPM Plumbing and Heating, led by Richard Monger, provides a comprehensive gas engineering service.
