Founded in 2006, Links Estate Agents has a long and storied history, with our founder and director, Mark Salter, having started his estate agency career in 1996. With a background in property and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, Mark has built a reputation for delivering results-driven results for his clients.

Mark Salter, our founder and director, is an Associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and has over 25 years of experience in the industry. Ryan Leworthy, our director and founder, has a strong knowledge of the local area and has a first-rate understanding of the market. Glenda Budd, our sales progressor, has nearly 20 years of experience in local estate agency and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Robert Colville-Hyde, our negotiator, has spent over 30 years in the industry and has a huge amount of experience and knowledge about the local area. Julie Parker, our negotiator, joined the team in 2014 and brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team.
