MS Properties was established in 2005 by Martin Samuel, who developed a keen interest in the property sector through his father Maynard's involvement in property investment and development. With a strong foundation in property management and a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of the industry, MS Properties was born.

Initially, MS Properties began managing properties for family and friends on a part-time basis. Eventually, the business expanded its operations in 2011 with the opening of its first office in Baker Street, Aberystwyth. This rapid growth resulted in a large portfolio and an excellent reputation among clients.

In 2016, MS Properties further expanded its services by venturing into property sales, enabling the team to accumulate invaluable knowledge and expertise regarding all aspects of the industry and legal requirements. As the business prospered, MS Properties relocated to a larger and more modern location at 23 Chalybeate Street, Aberystwyth, in 2017-opening the doors to an even more extensive range of services.
