Helpful Staff
CKB estate agents have been praised for their helpful and efficient staff. Agit from the Eltham office arranged for a roofer to fix a problem in a property and ensured that the visit took place while the owner was at home. Jodie, another agent, was extremely efficient and helpful, even staying behind after work to deliver keys to a new flat. Parween from the Sydenham office was also commended for her professionalism, patience, and understanding throughout the process.
Poor Communication and Maintenance
However, one reviewer had a very negative experience with CKB estate agents. They reported a series of issues, including neglect of the property, broken appliances, and poor communication. The agent failed to respond to requests and did not take action to address problems, leaving the tenants to sort out issues themselves. The reviewer also mentioned that the agency charged them for items that were not their responsibility, and it took legal action threats to get their deposit back.
