Disappointments and Frustrations

Alex Darrell, who lived at Juxon House for four years, missed dozens of deliveries due to the non-functional intercom on the front gate, which was not fixed despite his numerous requests. Similarly, Alana Monington and King Mango both had poor experiences with the agency, with Alana describing the agency's lack of response as "concerning" and King Mango calling it a "terrible experience".
