Professional and Helpful Staff

Disappointing Experience

Klaudia Moczulska was unhappy with the condition of the property they were moving into, which was left in disrepair and required significant fixing and renewing. The communication was poor, with Evie's team only responding after multiple calls and emails, and being blunt and rude at times. Additionally, they were left without heating and water over Christmas due to a leak from an old radiator, and the boiler needed fixing after multiple visits.
