- Maria Kemp, Managing Director/Owner: With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Maria is a fellow of the ARLA and has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in residential lettings.
- Leah Kemp, Manager: Leah joined the team in 2013 and has successfully passed the NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management. She is currently studying towards further levels.
- Becky Cardno, Team Administrator: Becky has taken on the responsibility of Team Administrator, ensuring the smooth running of the office. She has many years of experience at Kemp & Co and is responsible for a large proportion of our office administration.
- Stuart Kemp, Plumbing & Heating: Stuart is Maria's husband and has set up his own successful business, providing plumbing and heating services to Kemp & Co's managed portfolio.
- Keely Kemp, Lettings Negotiator: Keely is the youngest member of the Kemp family and has recently joined the company as a Lettings Negotiator. She is currently studying for her Level 3 Award.
Office Location
We have secured prime premises in Dorchester, putting us at the forefront of the industry. Our central location enables easy access to manage the expanding portfolio, which spreads throughout the county.
