Dorchester Property Lettings is a family-owned and operated business with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. We take pride in our independence and our ability to keep costs down by owning our own premises in Dorchester's High West Street. This allows us to offer fair charges to both landlords and tenants. Our team includes Owners Mike and Lynn Jerome, who bring extensive experience in the property industry to the business. Mike has managed shopping centres and blocks of flats for institutional investors and pension funds, while Lynn was responsible for maintenance at the famous Harefield Heart Hospital in West London.
Property maintenance is carried out by our contractors, who are known to us and have been vetted for insurance, health and safety compliance, and competence. We do not mark up maintenance work on jobs that are below 500 unless there are peculiar circumstances.
As part of our commitment to the local community, Dorchester Property Lettings owns a small Judo club in Fordington. The club was established in May 2016 and is attended by local children who are beginners in Judo. Mike Jerome, the chief instructor, has been practicing Judo since 1969 and is passionate about teaching the virtues of Judo to young people.

Our strategy has been successful, with 99% of our properties let under three weeks, and we have doubled our client base in the last six months.
For tenants, we offer a range of properties to let, from studio apartments to large family homes. We work hard to match tenants with the right properties, and we provide a responsive and professional service throughout the tenancy.
We are also available to help first-time landlords through the letting process, and we offer free property valuations to help you understand your property's rental value.
At Dorchester Property Lettings, we are committed to providing a first-class service to both landlords and tenants alike. We believe in a "Can Do" approach and work hard to achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.
