Poor Communication and Services
These reviews highlight a string of poor experiences with a real estate agency. Reviewers Hannah, Sreejith Somashekaran, and Stun all express their dissatisfaction and frustration with the agency's services.
Disappointing Experience
The first reviewer, Hannah, reports being completely ignored despite multiple attempts to arrange a viewing. She feels that the agency could have at least taken the time to respond and let her know that they would not be available. She considers the experience to be "terrible communication".
Unreliable
Sreejith Somashekaran shares a similar experience, stating that despite promising to return a call before evening, no response was received. He adds that even after leaving five phone calls, he was left frustrated and unable to get in touch with the agency.
Unprofessional and Dishonest
Stun's review is perhaps the most scathing, describing the agency as "absolutely disgusting". He claims that the agency takes payment without providing any services, and that the property they let him was found to have multiple Category A issues.
