Our Services

At Charterhouse Property Management Ltd, we offer a wide range of services to ensure the smooth running of your property development. These include:

• Responsibilities: We will examine the legal documentation of your property and advise you on the necessary legal and financial obligations that you must meet as an owner/shareholder.
• Meetings: We will call and attend Annual General Meetings, take minutes, and provide owners/shareholders with copies of these minutes.
• Finance: We will collect monies due in respect of service charge and insurance to ensure the smooth running of the development.
• Insurance: We will arrange buildings and ground insurance for the development.
• Company Compliance Requirements: We will update records of change of ownership, arrange for the issue of new share certificates, and prepare sales packs for solicitors. Additionally, we will administer annual returns and financial statements to Companies Office.
• Accounts: We will prepare detailed income and expenditure statements.
• Budget: We will prepare budgets and advise on the appropriate level of service charge provision.
• Maintenance and Repair: We will appoint and liaise with building contractors, gardeners, window cleaners, painting contractors, and cleaning companies as required.
