Letting Services

We offer two types of letting services: let only or full management. The choice depends on whether you wish to remain in charge of rent collection and inspections of your property, or leave the management of the let to our trusted team.

Full Management Service

This is the hassle-free option if you wish us to take complete control of renting your property from beginning to end. In addition to all the let only service, we will arrange inventories, collect the rent and pay it quickly to you less our fees, hold the tenants' deposit, inspect and report upon your property quarterly, advise you when the tenancy is coming to an end and seek your instructions for re-letting or selling, arrange any dilapidations with tenants before releasing their deposit, and arrange any necessary cleaning and minor repairs, deducting from the deposit where applicable.

Let Only Service

On receipt of your instructions to let your property, we will take care of marketing, advertising, viewings, vetting candidates, preparing the documentation required by current legislation, collecting your first month's rent and deposit, and ensuring that your property is let with minimum fuss and no delay.
