At Action Property Management, we are a family-owned and operated company with a commitment to providing high-quality, tailored management services to block properties in the Leeds and York areas. Our company was founded with the goal of revolutionising the industry by building strong relationships with our clients and fostering thriving residential communities.

Our management team, comprising of Kerstin Ward and Matt Ward, has a wealth of experience and knowledge in the property industry. Kerstin has studied residential leasehold management and has a deep understanding of the difficulties that high service charges can bring, particularly for investors. Matt, on the other hand, has a background in Housing and Town Planning, and has been involved in managing properties since 2005. His experience has led him to believe that many developments lack a sense of community and that service charges are often unnecessarily high.

Our team is dedicated to ensuring that service charges are value for money and that we inject a sense of community into city living. We understand the importance of openness and transparency, and we pride ourselves on offering a friendly, honest, personal, trustworthy, and reliable service. We engage with leaseholders and tenants through excellent communication and always respond promptly to enquiries.

We will always go the extra distance to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with the services we offer. Our company operates a transparent accounting process, with all client funds held in individual client accounts. We also retain a comprehensive team of contractors, wherever possible, we try to utilise contractors from the local community. We constantly monitor the performance of all contractors to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Services

Action Property Management offers a full range of management services tailored to meet the needs of all our clients. We currently manage a variety of apartment blocks ranging in size from 2 to 93 units. We understand that every development is different, and the management services are tailored to the size of the development and individual client / leaseholder needs.

Our services can range from simply assisting owners setting up a management company to facilitate their own self-management of a site, to a fully inclusive management service that includes the employment of permanent staff such as caretakers, concierges, and property managers. Administration of the sites we manage is undertaken at our office in Leeds. From our office, we manage the collection of service charges, deal with legal issues such as the transfer of properties, and organise the cleaning and maintenance of our property portfolio.
