Most of the properties we let are self-owned, but we do offer a service to outside landlords to manage their properties if required. We deal with all repairs, maintenance, and refurbishments. We remit payments on a monthly basis and deal with all landlord and tenant issues. We have extensive local knowledge and connections in the area which are available to you.
