For Landlords

Our distinctive advertising and established reputation in the Swansea and South Wales lettings market enable us to introduce the right tenants to your property. We provide expert guidance on current market conditions, refurbishment, and redecoration, as well as investment in rental property.

Our comprehensive landlord services include:

• Finding suitable tenants for your property
• Conducting thorough credit and reference checks
• Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring seamless transitions
• Managing property maintenance and repairs
• Collecting rent and forwarding it to you

Property Management Services

Our property management services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. We offer two comprehensive services:

• Find a Tenant Only: We will seek suitable tenants for your property, conducting thorough credit and reference checks, preparing tenancy agreements, and collecting the first month's rent and deposit.
• Full Property Management Service: In addition to the above services, we will complete a condition report/inventory, draw up the tenancy agreement, and register the deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Service. Regular property inspections will be carried out during the tenancy, and we will ensure that future rental payments are made to our account by the appropriate date.

Tenant Fees

At Home Hunters, we understand the importance of transparent fees. Our tenant fees are clearly outlined below:

• Administration Fee: 240 (inclusive of VAT)
• Student Administration Fee: 75 (inclusive of VAT)
• Bond: Equivalent to one month's rent plus 100
• Contract Renewal Fee: 60 (inclusive of VAT)
• Inventory Charge: 60 (inclusive of VAT)
• Find a Tenant Only: 360 (inclusive of VAT)
