CPA Property Chartered Surveyors is a professional, personal, and confidential property consultancy service with a rich history of over 40 years. Our team of experts has a combined 80 years of experience in the property industry, led by Tom Aldridge, a former corporate Property Director of a major insurance company, and his younger surveyor brother, Andrew. Our firm has been involved in various property and land events in the South, from leisure arenas to the acquisition of large recording studios, as well as the sale of small farms for development and the management of small and large commercial estates.
