• Fully Managed: Our comprehensive package includes all safety certificates, maintenance, and repair work carried out by our in-house team of tradespeople. This package ensures that our clients' properties are well-maintained, reducing the risk of costly repairs and minimizing the need for external contractors.
• Tenant Find Only: This package includes finding a suitable tenant for your property, taking care of the necessary paperwork, and providing regular property inspections.
• Partially Managed: This package offers a balance between our fully managed and tenant find only services. It includes property maintenance and minor repairs, ensuring that your property remains in good condition.

Her expertise is backed by formal training, including an SVQC Level 6 in Letting & Property Management. Laura's vision is to provide a professional and personal service, built on a foundation of discretion, integrity, and passion.
• Damon Harrison: With over 20 years of experience in the trades, Damon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. As our Building Pro, he oversees our in-house tradespeople and ensures that our clients' properties are well-maintained and repaired efficiently.
