We are experts in managing HMO properties, and we can arrange for everything required to be compliant with HMO purposes. We also deal with individual landlords and offer a range of services to suit your needs. Our fees are deducted monthly from the gross rental income, not in advance like most other agents. If we don't collect the rent, we don't get paid.
