At Nicholas Irwin Estate Agents, we have 18 years' experience in handling successful sales of park homes on Turners Hill Park. We provide a friendly and comprehensive introductory service, and consistently offer a varied selection of single and double unit homes catering for most requirements. Berkeley Parks, the park operators, endeavour to ensure the comfort of residents and strive to maintain their pleasant surroundings, and therefore only cats are permitted, and only one car per home. The Park also has a minimum age restriction of 50, which applies to all residents.
