All Estate Agents are not equal! I could not recommend Grants more highly. Knowledge of the housing market is first-class. Grants actively and consistently promoted our property and recommend properties to view. They sought and provided feedback from viewers and sent regular updates. Grants did not simply advertise on sales websites and forget it; they were an active partner and got the job done.

We had next day feedback on all our viewings and regular updates thereafter until we found the right buyer. I cannot recommend Grants Estate Agents enough! We used them for the sale of our property. I knew as soon as they came out to value the property that they were the ones to use. Explained everything to me in simple detail and so friendly and basically just dead on! Kerrie is an absolute credit to the place. She kept me updated every step of the way, I did not need to chase anything up myself. Everytime I spoke to her on the phone I was at ease, she was just so helpful and friendly.

In the beginning once the house was valued our mortgage application fell through with our bank. Grants suggested I come in under no pressure and use their own independent mortgage broker who was also brilliant, no hidden fees nothing. Got our new mortgage and sold our house. 5 stars!

We have bought our first house this year and went to Mark for help with understanding the whole process (we knew very little.) He was absolutely fantastic, explained all the options, answered all our questions and most importantly helped us find the right mortgage and the right insurance for us. You could probably find all this info yourself online, but we found Mark to be very helpful, reassuring and having someone on your side going through this nerve-wrecking time is worth a lot in itself!

It's about all the insights you would not necessarily get otherwise and he has helped speeding things up and has always just been a phone call away, he was very quick to respond and we also liked the file upload system Grant Estate Agents are using to upload all important documents. We would definitely recommend speaking to Mark for anyone looking to buy their first home and we will be reaching out again when it comes to remortgaging.

From our first contact with Grant estate agents we know our experience with them would be positive. Grant came to value our property within 48hours and was so friendly. He explained the costs we would incur upfront and there were no hidden fees or charges as we went along. He was honest and realistic with valuing our property and advised us how we could get the best price by making minor changes which was very much appreciated by us!
