Our History
Barons Estate Agents was formed in 1988 by Kevin Penfold and Trevor Lee, with our first office opening in February of that year in Winton Square, Basingstoke Town Centre. Both directors started their careers in large independent estate agencies in the early 1980s, working their way up the career ladder from trainees to office managers and finally regional managers. This extensive experience has given us a deep understanding of the property market, enabling us to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers.
