Landlords
We understand that letting your property, especially for the first time, can be a worrying experience. With this in mind, our most important consideration is providing you with the best possible service and the right tenant for your property. We never forget that the property is your most important asset, and we can confidently assure you that by instructing us to act as your Letting and Management Agents, your asset will be in professional and caring hands.
Our Full Management service provides for the marketing of the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective tenant. This includes preparing the tenancy agreement and inventory, as well as collecting and processing of rental payments. Throughout the tenancy, we carry out periodic inspection visits to ensure the property is maintained and any issues are resolved promptly.
Alternatively, our Letting Only service includes marketing the property and carrying out viewings, leading to the introduction and vetting of a prospective tenant. This service does not include the management of the tenancy, including rent collection and maintenance.
Fees
We offer a competitive fee structure and can provide tailored packages to suit your requirements. Our standard charges include:
- Let only: Equivalent of one month's rent
- Fully managed: Set up fee - 395, Management Commission: 12% of rent collected
We can also offer reductions on our standard charges for multiple property portfolios.
