Our History

Blakstanley was founded in 2003 by two good friends, Nick Robinson in Sales and Nicholas Blake in Lettings. They were joined soon after by Davina Cooper, an experienced Property Manager who is now an Associate Director of the company. Over the years, we have grown and expanded, with a team of over 20 staff, many of whom have been with us for over 5 years. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and has a deep understanding of the local property market.

Lettings

At Blakestanley, we pride ourselves on finding top-quality tenants quickly and at current market rents. Our stringent referencing and credit checking process ensures that tenants have an excellent track record and pay monthly rent in advance via standing order.
