We're here to help you achieve your property goals and dreams.

At Chase Buchanan, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional property services, rarely experienced when moving home. For close to 30 years, our team of highly experienced and professional individuals has been dedicated to helping people buy, sell, let, or rent property across the South West of England and South West London.

Our Story

The story of Chase Buchanan dates back to the 1990s, when our first branch opened on York Street in Twickenham. Since then, we have expanded to 14 offices, establishing ourselves as a strong market leader with an extensive sales, lettings, and concierge portfolio. Today, we are part of the Campions Group, but operate independently under the Chase Buchanan brand.

Our Values

At Chase Buchanan, we combine a personal approach with market-leading technology to achieve the best results for our customers. With a 97% recommendation rate, we are confident in our ability to provide exceptional service. Our team receives regular training and qualifications to stay up-to-date with the latest property issues and regulations. We believe that investing in our people is crucial for our continued success.

Professional to the Core

We are passionate about doing things right in our industry. We ensure that our team is knowledgeable, professional, and receives regular training and qualifications around the property issues they face every day. This is especially important in the property management and residential concierge sector, where rules and legislations evolve at speed.

Peace of Mind

We are proud members of NAEA Propertymark, Arla Propertymark, The Property Ombudsman (TPO), The Property Ombudsman Lettings (TPO), and Tenant Deposit Scheme for regulated agents. This offers reassurance and peace of mind that you, and your property, are in safe hands.

Community Matters

As a business, we believe in giving back to the local community. We encourage everyone to get involved in local community projects and charity fundraisers. Over the years, we have raised tens of thousands of pounds for charities and good causes. Each branch picks a local charity to support every year, allowing us to spread our fundraising and contribute valuable funds to a large number of organisations.
