Excellent Customer Service

Poor Service and Neglect
Unfortunately, one customer had a disastrous experience with the estate agents. Tyler Dunn left a 1-star review, describing the agency as incompetent and prioritizing the interests of landlords over those of tenants. The customer reported living in a damp and mouldy property for almost a year, with the agency failing to address the issues despite repeated complaints. The customer also claimed that the agency was dishonest, with one of the contractors they hired being an electrician who admitted to having no idea what he was doing. The customer is currently seeking compensation for their poor experience and has reported the matter to the council.
