Our Services

  • Locating suitable tenants,
  • Accompanying applicants to view the property,
  • Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks,
  • Preparing a suitable tenancy agreement,
  • Collecting and registering tenant deposits,
  • Preparing an inventory and schedule of condition,
  • Checking the tenant into the property,
  • Supervising the transfer of utilities and council tax,
  • Receiving rental payments and providing detailed statements,
  • Periodic property inspections,
  • Arranging necessary repairs and maintenance,
  • Keeping in touch with tenants and arranging renewals,
  • Checking tenants out and re-letting the property.

Landlord's Package

We offer two tailored packages for our landlord clients:

  • Tenant Find Service: Includes advertising, tenant selection, referencing, and tenancy agreement preparation. Fees start from 375.00, and our packages are designed to provide a seamless and efficient service for our clients.
  • Fully Managed Service: Includes all services listed above, as well as regular property inspections, repair and maintenance coordination, and ongoing management. The set-up fee starts from 395.00, with a monthly management fee of 11% of the monthly rent.
