- Carol - Director: With over 13 years of experience as director and company secretary, Carol has been instrumental in the growth and success of 222 Estates. When not in the office, Carol enjoys walks with her French water dog, Livvy.
- Liam - Lettings Director: With over 20 years of experience, Liam has been a key figure in the success of 222 Estates. Outside of work, Liam is a comic book geek and movie guru.
- Gregg - Sales Director: With a background in Geography from the University of Leeds, Gregg has been with 222 Estates since 2010. When not working, Gregg enjoys traveling and supporting Manchester United.
- Nathan - Negotiator: Nathan joined 222 Estates in 2017 and has since become an integral part of the sales progression team. He is a keen St Helens rugby supporter and enjoys walks with his two sausage dogs.
- David - Lettings and Sales Negotiator: With experience in setting up an Estate Agency in Ashton In Makerfield, David has been a valuable asset to our team since 2015. When not working, David enjoys supporting Manchester United and taking his son, Ryan, to Old Trafford.
- Jade - Negotiator: Jade joined us in 2017 and has since become a valuable member of the lettings team. Out of work, Jade is a cat lover.
