Property Management

As a property management company, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your block of flats or housing development. Our services include:

  • Serving Section 146 notices
  • Organising maintenance contracts for routine maintenance
  • Responding to solicitors' requests for leasehold information; dealing with assignments and notices
  • Dealing with insurance policies and handling claims
  • Organising Fire Risk Assessments & Asbestos surveys where required
  • Preparation of service charge accounts
  • Attending and chairing leaseholder meetings and taking minutes
  • Fulfilling the roles of Company Secretary and registered office

Airbnb Management

In addition to property management, we also offer a comprehensive Airbnb management service. Our team takes care of everything from creating a listing on Airbnb to communicating with guests, cleaning, laundry, key handling, and restocking. All you need to do is let us know when your property is available, and we will take care of the rest.
