Communication Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the communication provided by Eazy Lett. Alex Wright was left feeling like they wasted their time due to a property being pulled from the market without warning. J.E. experienced poorly communicated issues with a property, including a delayed response to repairs and a lack of transparency regarding rent reductions. Chris Lamb had their viewing cancelled with only two hours' notice, and Marcin Kazmierczak encountered similar issues with viewings being cancelled without warning.
Unprofessionalism
The company has also been accused of unprofessional behavior by several reviewers. J.E. felt that the company did not take their complaints seriously and were unwilling to discuss rent reductions. Martin Whalley's deposit retention was over-stated, and they were left to appeal to the Deposit Protection Scheme to resolve the issue. Robert Thomas has a number of grievances, including being hounded for a deposit, being given a different room from what was advertised, and feeling lied to about other tenants' language abilities.
