Our Services
We offer two levels of service to cater to the diverse needs of our clients: our Letting Service and our Full Management Service.
Our Letting Service is designed to find a tenant for your property as quickly as possible. We offer a competitive rates and a high standard of service. With our 'No let, No fee' policy, landlords have nothing to lose. Our Letting Service includes advertising your property locally and on the internet, taking up references and carrying out credit checks, interviewing and selecting tenants, and collecting the first month's rental in advance and the security deposit. We also draw up a tenancy agreement for signature.
Our Full Management Service includes the above and also offers continued rent collection, periodic property inspections, admin of routine repairs and maintenance, renewal of all documentation, and provision of help and advice where required. This service is ideal for landlords who want to leave the challenges of property management to someone else.
For Landlords
