Communication Issues
Several reviewers have expressed frustration with the lack of communication from George Webb Finn. Sophia had submitted an offer and waited for an update, only to be left in the dark for several weeks. Zen Dog's experience was even more distressing, as they had to wait days for a call back after inquiring about the procedure for returning a property.
Poor Professionalism
