Our business was originally established in 1982 as a sole trader and was incorporated as a limited company in 2008. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength and now manage a substantial portfolio of block and residential properties in the Notting Hill, Kensington, and Chelsea areas. We are members of ARMA and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, ensuring that we adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

• Leigh Olive, Managing Director: With 15 years of experience in various sectors of the property market, Leigh joined Homes Property Management in 2014. He uses his experience to rectify any problems that may occur, from minor repairs to major works and insurance claims.
• Brian Olive, Director: Brian has been the Managing Director of Homes Property Management since its inception into a Limited Company in 2008. He oversees the smooth running of the company.
• Sophie Rossdale, Director - Head of Property Management: Sophie joined Homes Property Management in 2017 after running a private property portfolio for 5 years. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of our property portfolio.
• David Pike, MAAT, Accounts: David qualified in AAT in 2003 and set up his own business in 2011. He joined Homes Property Management in 2013 and is responsible for our accounting functions.
