At Aspect Property Management, we are proud to manage a diverse portfolio of high-end properties throughout Central London. Our comprehensive property management services include the preparation and administration of service charge demands, monthly check-ins with on-site staff, and attendance at Annual General Meetings for properties under our care. We are dedicated to delivering a seamless and efficient management experience, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled with expertise and attention to detail.
*Insurance Services*
Our company holds all necessary Financial Services Authority status to advise and provide quotations for a wide range of insurances relevant to the sector. These include buildings, terrorism, engineering, public liability, First Tier tribunal, and Directors and Officers liability insurance cover. We work closely with our retained insurance brokers to ensure that your property is adequately protected, providing you with the peace of mind that your asset is in safe hands.

Our skilled accounting team manages the service charge accounting for properties as part of our standard service. This includes budgeting, billing, accounts preparation, supplier payments, credit control, and the preparation of end-of-year accounts. Our meticulous approach to financial management ensures that your property's financials are always in order, providing you with transparent and accurate financial reporting.

Aspect Property Management takes care of and often manages the works that take place in the common areas of the blocks that we manage. These projects can include external and internal repairs, redecorations, or the replacement of lifts, or other mechanical and electrical equipment. Our expertise in project management ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
