Negative: The agent displayed poor communication, incompetence, and a lack of professionalism, leading to a disappointing experience for Rebecca.

Disappointing Experience

Rebecca Noden had a terrible experience with a property agent, giving them a 1-star rating. The agent's incompetence and lack of professionalism are evident in her review.

Poor Communication

The first property Rebecca enquired about was listed as a shop, but when she arranged a viewing, she was told it was actually an office. This mistake raised red flags about the agent's attention to detail and accuracy.

Slow Response to Queries

Rebecca then arranged a viewing for a second property, but after that, it took almost a month for the agent to respond to her queries. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially when someone is considering a major decision like buying or renting a property.

Lack of Priority

To add insult to injury, the agent told Rebecca that there was another applicant and she should look elsewhere. This dismissive attitude demonstrates a lack of customer service and willingness to prioritize their clients' needs.
