Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism

Elizabeth Daniels and Richard Bunney both gave the agency a rating of 1 star, citing poor communication and unprofessionalism. Elizabeth mentions that the agency has been "messing us about" for a year, trying to sell her property. Richard's experience was similarly disappointing, as he put in an offer on a parcel of land but never received a response from Andrew, despite chasing the agency multiple times.
