Witlet acts as the management company for two blocks of flats in Witham, but many owners and tenants have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the relevant person in charge. The only ways to contact them are by email, which is often ignored, or by phone, where the person answering the call is not directly involved in the management of the flats. This has resulted in issues taking months to resolve, or never being resolved at all.
