Our team consists of highly experienced professionals, including Nick Markowski, the senior partner, who has been a partner at T Duncan & Company for over 20 years. Nick is a specialist in criminal law, claims, and litigation, and is well known throughout the courts of Angus and the north east of Scotland. Julie Young, who joined the firm in 2008, specialises in family and matrimonial law, providing representation to clients in the civil and criminal courts and before tribunals.

Other team members include Norman Fraser, who has been practicing law since 1973, Derek M Devine, who joined in 2015 and practices within the areas of property law, conveyancing, and private client work, and Sarah Russo, who joined in 2018 with extensive experience in all areas of litigation.
