Landlord Fees

Tenant Fees

As a tenant, you are expected to pay the rent and the following additional fees, which are permitted under the Tenancy Fees Act 2019:

• Holding Deposit: Capped at 1 week's rent, this fee is refundable provided no relevant person withdraws from the tenancy, fails a Right-to-Rent check, or provides incorrect information.
• Security Deposit: Capped at 5 weeks' rent, this deposit will be held with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
• Renewal Fee: 50.00 for amending or changing the existing tenancy agreement or requesting a replacement copy.
• Late Payment Fee: Interest charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate for late payment of rent.
• Lost Key Payment: The actual cost of replacing the key(s) and security devices.
