Paul Hunt - Director

Paul grew up in Eastbourne and attended Cavendish School, where he first met Mark Frame. Paul started his estate agency career in 1995 within the corporate world and has since specialized in residential valuations, property development, and investment. With over 28 years of experience, Paul has developed an encyclopedic knowledge of the property market, allowing him to find solutions for most, if not all, issues or problems that may arise. When not working, Paul enjoys socialising, travelling, and walking his family dog, Darcie.

Mark Frame - Director

Mark has over 30 years of estate agency experience, primarily in Eastbourne but also in Crowborough, Haywards Heath, and Brighton. His extensive knowledge and experience enable him to oversee the office with great diligence and attention to detail. Mark is known for his expertise in marketing and promoting various types of properties, and he personally undertakes many appointments himself.
